Description
Converts a CSV file into a Query
Signature
public query csvToQuery ( string csvString, string rowDelim, string colDelim )
Parameters

| optional | optional | rowDelim | string | [Default: ] The delimiter between each row. Defaults to carriage return |
| optional | colDelim | string | [Default: ,] The delimeter between each column. Defaults to comma |
