We are proud to release v3.1 to the Community.

Version 3.1 is compatible with the ADF v1.7.

If installing the PT Calendar app for the first time, please follow the PT Calendar v3.1 Install Guide.

PT Calendar v3.1 does not have a direct upgrade path from v2.x or earlier. Please see the PT Calendar v3.0 Upgrade Guide for more information.

This v3.x version of the Calendar app was completely redesigned to handle recurring events patterns as well as "non-pattern" static date/times for events. New Global Custom Elements were added to separate event details (description, location, contact info, etc.) from the event date/time information.

Enhancements

  • Updated the Calendar Event Cache
  • Updated the Calendar Cache Dashboard
  • Add integration with new ADF BuildView with Oracle support
  • Updated the calendar view links to keep the currently selected date when changing views
  • Updated the recurrence properties datasheet column render handler.
  • Integrated the CommonSpot "handle-in-list" module for better handling of SQL IN statements

Bug Fixes

  • Added error handling and logging around the recurrence pattern build process
  • Resolved issues with submitting custom forms rendered in the lightbox with Chrome
  • Fixed an issue with the Event Copy process
  • Updated the Cache Table creation process. And added support for Oracle.
