Description
Creates a page using the argument data passed in
Signature
public struct createPage ( struct stdMetadata, struct custMetadata, numeric activatePage )
Parameters

| required | stdMetadata | struct | Standard Metadata would include 'Title, Description, TemplateId, SubsiteID etc...' |
| custMetadata | struct | Custom Metadata would be any custom metadata for the new page ex. customMetadata['formName']['fieldname'] | |
| optional | activatePage | numeric | [Default: 1] Falg to make the new page active or inactive |
