Added decipherCPPAGEID to fix up upload_form_url field which changed with the CommonSpot extended URL field change.

Fixed photo cropper field so that it now works properly. Removed jCrop minsize parameter. Added jCrop boxWidth and BoxHeight parameters to scale image for cropping.
