Known Issues
- Running the "Build Subsite Mapping" tool repeatedly creates multiple records in Subsite Mapping Element (should just place one record per OldSubsiteURL)
- Reload Dashboard button is not working
- Subsites with "underscores" are not being mapped/created correctly
- When a tool is done we need a new message that displays that the tool is done
